I can organise short fly fishing breaks in the UK to suit your exact requirements. For example last year I ran a salmon fly fishing trip on the Cumbrian Derwent for 3 people over 2 days with 2 nights accommodation. All equipment, tackle course events tuition

£200.00 per day tuition + cost of fishing

 

Fishing available on a Thursday all tackle provided no lunch no anything daytime fishing for sea trout but can fish on unaided into the dark but would need own tackle. Cost £300.00 per day all in.
